We started WIN because we kept meeting the same teenager — in many different versions. The kid who simply doesn't fit the rhythm of a big classroom. The kid who is bored stiff because they could be motoring through the subjects three times faster. The kid quietly left behind with huge gaps, because the class moved on before they'd mastered the last module. The kid with a dream they can't wait to start building — and the kid who has no idea yet, but deserves the space to find one.

We cap every class at 20 students. That small-group ratio is the product — it's what makes personal coaching and mastery-based learning actually work.

Adaptive learning meets every student at their level, delivered in English by qualified mentor teachers. Mastery first — nobody moves on until they've genuinely understood.

An accredited GED or IGCSE in one hand. A real passion project — built, launched and taken out into the world — in the other. Both, every year.
Where we are
WIN's campus is in Chalong, on Phuket's south coast — right behind BCIS. A calm, modern space with natural light, greenery, fast wifi and the kind of focused atmosphere most teens have never studied in. Easy to reach from across the island, and just minutes from Chalong Bay.
Who we're for
Students aged 13 to 18 — local and expat — who are ready for a more personal, modern way to finish high school. Comfortable learning in English, and ready to earn a real diploma (GED or IGCSE) while building something they care about.
